Welcome to Duesphere AI (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our services, including the chatbot for workers and the dashboard for client companies, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our platform is intended to provide AI-powered support for workers and due diligence reporting for client companies. Workers may access the chatbot without creating an account, while brand companies must create authorized accounts to use the dashboard. Access to the platform is subject to compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Brand companies are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Only authorized personnel may access the dashboard. Brand companies must provide accurate company information and are responsible for any documents uploaded to the platform. You agree not to share your login credentials with third parties.
Workers may interact with the chatbot for guidance, reporting complaints, and accessing anonymized insights. Workers must not attempt to misuse the platform, interfere with system operations, or upload content that violates laws or third-party rights. Conversations with the chatbot are anonymized and stored for up to three months for service improvement and reporting purposes. Uploaded documents or images are processed temporarily and not stored.
You agree not to:
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or disrupt platform functionality
All platform content, including AI outputs, dashboard interfaces, reports, and underlying software, is the intellectual property of Duesphere AI or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Brand companies retain ownership of their own uploaded materials; Duesphere AI has the right to process such materials solely to provide the platform services.
Our platform uses artificial intelligence and automated processing to enhance service delivery and generate insights. Worker interactions with the chatbot are processed by AI to navigate complaints, provide guidance, and translate conversations into anonymized insights for reporting purposes.
Uploaded documents and images are processed using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract relevant information for analysis and due diligence reporting.
All AI processing follows data minimization and anonymization practices; any personal data incidentally included is automatically redacted and not retained.
AI outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Human oversight is recommended as AI outputs may not always be fully accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Duesphere AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from your use of the platform.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Liability for damages directly caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct may
apply under applicable law.
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, processed, stored, and protected. Worker data is anonymized and stored temporarily as described in the Privacy Policy. Brand company data is stored securely for the purposes of dashboard functionality and reporting.
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if you violate these Terms or for operational, security, or legal reasons. Users may stop using the platform at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on the platform or via email to registered brand company accounts. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
